PICKING YOUR PRINTS:

Please Email Me Afterwards With Your Choice Of Images. If you're purchasing a print credit pack, please also email me with your choice of size. You can also use the live chat to do this. 
If I don't hear from you regarding an order placed through the website, I will contact you within 24 hours using the details provided during checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All print items are made to order and cannot be returned because of a change of heart. Any damages or faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PRINTS?

Usually 1-2 weeks, but larger jobs or busy times of year may be longer

If you require your prints for a certain date or event, please get in touch before ordering as no date can be guaranteed when making online orders.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is free on all products, so no need to worry about combining items to checkout! You can buy what you want, whenever you need it for as long as your images are still available to print!

DO I HAVE TO BE AN EXISTING CUSTOMER TO BUY PRINTS FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

Not at all, anyone is welcome to purchase prints, but beware that if you are printing images that I have NOT taken myself, the quality cannot be guaranteed. 

I'M AN OLD CUSTOMER, CAN I STILL BUY PRINTS FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

If you booked your photoshoot before June 2021, please get in touch before purchasing your prints as depending on your preference when booking, your images may no longer be on file. For Weddings, most weddings shot after 2016 are still on file but please get in touch to confirm before ordering anything! 

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

I do not - all the printed products you see on this store page can be purchased separately without having to bump up your order to a certain value., Photography is about so much more than just taking the picture - I want all of my clients to be able to print and display their images to cherish the memories we created together.
